Job Description
Lead a retail pharmacy branch overseeing daily operations, staff supervision, inventory control, regulatory compliance, and exceptional patient care. Manage pharmacists and technicians, scheduling, training, SOP implementation, prescription accuracy, vendor relations, loss prevention, and financial performance including budgets and sales targets. Ensure adherence to federal and state pharmacy laws, safety standards, and quality assurance.
- Requirements: active pharmacist license, 3+ years pharmacy experience, proven leadership.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and familiarity with pharmacy management systems.
