Job Description
Shark Innovation Labs is hiring a full-time Dispatch Coordinator to manage daily operations for heavy trucks and trailers. The role involves assigning jobs to drivers, monitoring trips, coordinating with ports and customers, and maintaining accurate dispatch records.
- Coordinate vehicle movements, time slots, routes, and delivery schedules; handle delays and rescheduling.
- Track vehicles, prepare dispatch reports, and communicate proactively with drivers and stakeholders.
- Requirements: proven heavy truck/trailer dispatch experience, strong coordination and communication skills, knowledge of ports and routes, ability to work under pressure; UAE experience preferred.
- Pay: Rs60,00–Rs70,00 per month. Work location: In person.
