Job Description
Shark Technologies is looking for a dedicated and skilled Team Lead to manage our international outbound sales team located in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for candidates with a background in telesales or individuals with strong leadership potential and exceptional English communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities: Guide and mentor a team of sales agents, monitor calls, provide constructive feedback, and support in closing sales deals.
Qualifications: Proficiency in English is essential. Previous sales experience is an advantage, but motivated fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Salary: PKR 75,00 – 100,00, plus commission.
