Key Responsibilities:
- Answer national and international calls in a professional manner.
- Welcome visitors according to established protocols.
- Maintain logs of visitors, calls, and attendance records.
- Organize and update files and records efficiently.
- Perform reception duties with courtesy.
- Support HR in maintaining structured documentation.
- Execute tasks assigned by the HR/Admin Manager.
Required Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
