Job Description
SMJ International Industries Pvt Ltd seeks a Sales Officer Trainee to support field sales operations. The role involves assisting promotional campaigns, coordinating dealer meetings and market activations, preparing daily and weekly sales reports, conducting market visits to monitor competitors and trends, identifying new dealers, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
- Proficiency in MS Office; strong communication and negotiation skills
- 1–3 years of field sales experience (battery/automotive preferred)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
