Job Description
We are seeking an Instructional Design Program Manager to lead the design and delivery of comprehensive learning programs across the organization. You will define learning strategies, manage curriculum development, and ensure instructional quality for both instructor-led and digital learning experiences.
- Oversee cross-functional teams and coordinate subject matter experts
- Direct e-learning production, set project milestones, and manage timelines
- Measure learner outcomes and drive improvements through data-driven evaluation
- Require strong project management, 5+ years in instructional design, LMS and authoring tool experience, and excellent stakeholder communication
