Job Description
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Upwork Bidder to drive business development for Web Development, Digital Marketing, and SEO services. The successful candidate will monitor Upwork daily, prepare tailored and persuasive proposals, and manage initial client communications.
- Monitor and identify relevant Upwork opportunities daily.
- Draft customized proposals that convert prospects.
- Coordinate client interviews with the technical team.
- Optimize agency and individual Upwork profiles.
- Maintain daily records of bids, responses, interviews, and conversion metrics.
Requirements: proven Upwork bidding experience, excellent written English, knowledge of Upwork strategies and client behavior, and the ability to work independently to meet daily targets.
