Job Description
Strive BPO Limited is actively recruiting dedicated and experienced individuals to join our Verification Team for the Medicare Campaign. This pivotal role involves verifying customer information following sales interactions to ensure the accuracy of our data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform outbound verification calls to confirm customer details.
- Validate and update data gathered by sales or support teams.
- Maintain precise call logs and CRM entries.
- Detect and address any data inconsistencies.
- Adhere to quality and compliance standards.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center or verification role.
- Proficient communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy.
- Must be located in Rawalpindi and available for on-site work.
