Job Description
Job Type: Full-Time Onsite Position
Work Schedule: 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM, Monday to Friday
Location: Shahrah e Faisal, Karachi
Department: Customer Service / Patient Support
Experience Required: 1-2 Years
Role Responsibilities:
- Professionally respond to inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from patients.
- Provide information on healthcare services and assist with patient registration.
- Document interactions and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain empathy and professionalism in sensitive situations.
Qualifications:
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience; knowledge of healthcare is a plus.
