Job Description
Sustainability Plus (S‑Plus) seeks a dedicated Education Counselor to guide students through study‑abroad applications, admissions, and scholarship processes. You will advise on program selection and requirements, prepare student profiles and application documents, research international universities, coordinate meetings, maintain accurate records, and support outreach efforts.
Qualifications: bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree or prior counseling experience preferred. Candidates must demonstrate strong knowledge of international education systems, excellent communication and organizational skills, empathy, and the ability to meet targets independently. This is a full‑time, in‑person role with a 3‑month internship/contract option. Compensation: Rs25,00–35,00/month plus performance incentives and professional development opportunities in a growing consultancy.
