Job Description

Swift Facility Management Services Pvt. Ltd. is on the lookout for a meticulous and seasoned Quantity Surveyor to join our team. This position focuses on preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and requires close collaboration with project and procurement teams to ensure precise cost estimation and successful tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Creating comprehensive BOQs from project drawings and specifications.
• Reviewing tender documents to meet project requirements.
• Conducting quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and pricing.
• Coordinating with engineering teams for necessary technical clarifications.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, possess 1-3 years of relevant experience, and demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel, along with strong communication skills.
