Job Description

Talking Mindz is on the lookout for experienced and driven Business Development Executives for the night shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM). In this position, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our Medical Billing and healthcare outsourcing services to providers nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services.
• Generate leads through proactive outreach.
• Establish and nurture client relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and finalize sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 12 years of education.
• Preferred experience in the U.S. healthcare sector.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
