Job Description
Tech Bridge Consultancy invites applications for full-time, onsite Night Shift Customer Service Representatives at Siddiq Trade Center, Gulberg, Lahore. Competitive salary up to 45,00 PKR. Responsibilities include outbound cold-calling, appointment setting, phone/email/live-chat support, accurate recordkeeping, and adherence to company policies.
Candidates must possess excellent spoken and written English, strong listening and problem-solving skills, punctuality, and the ability to work collaboratively. Night-shift availability is required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. This position is strictly in-person.
