Job Description

Techhub International is on the lookout for a proactive Amazon Customer Support Specialist to enhance our e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience with Amazon Seller Central, alongside a solid understanding of managing account health, resolving complaints, and drafting appeals for account suspensions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Amazon account health metrics and address customer complaints.
  • Draft effective appeals and Plans of Action (POAs).
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while resolving buyer inquiries.
  • Communicate proficiently with Amazon Seller Support.
  • Analyze performance trends to ensure compliance with Amazon policies.

Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with 2-3 years of customer service experience within Amazon. Fluency in English and a keen attention to detail are essential.

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs45,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month | Work Location: In person
