Job Description
Tek Venture is pleased to announce an exciting career opportunity for a Male HR Executive to join our team during the evening shift! If you are eager to advance your career in human resources, this role is an excellent match for you. The evening shift is scheduled from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM, Monday through Friday, at our PECHS Block 2 location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily HR operations.
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintaining comprehensive employee records.
- Coordinating employee engagement activities.
- Ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
- Facilitating performance reviews.
Qualifications: Previous HR experience, excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in MS Office are required.
Employment Type: Full-time | Compensation: Rs30,00.00 – Rs35,00.00 per month.
