Job Description
Texitech is looking for a committed Import Officer to become part of our dynamic team. In this position, you will oversee the Import Procurement Cycle, which includes handling documentation, Letters of Credit (LCs), and bank contracts. Your responsibilities will also involve preparing and reviewing shipping and customs documents while liaising with key stakeholders such as forwarding agents, shipping lines, and clearing agents.
The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of freight terms, Incoterms, and customs duties. A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.COM) or Business Administration (BBA), along with at least 1 year of relevant experience in Import Procurement, is essential.
