Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our esteemed team within the textiles and garments sector. The successful candidate will oversee HR functions, contributing essential administrative support to our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment processes, onboarding procedures, and employee relations.
- Assist in performance management initiatives.
- Manage employee benefits and process leave requests.
- Ensure smooth daily office operations and manage supply inventory.
- Plan and organize corporate events and meetings.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in HR and administrative roles.
