Job Description
The Citizens Foundation (TCF) is in search of a Global Support Manager to deliver extensive administrative and office management assistance to the Senior Program Manager and GM Donor Journey Services. The successful candidate will promote effective communication with team members and country partners while bolstering global fundraising efforts.
Key responsibilities encompass maintaining relationships with Country Partners, ensuring prompt submission and recording of fund requests, enhancing team communication standards, and addressing donor-related inquiries. Ideal candidates should demonstrate strong organizational abilities and have proficiency in MS Office, with a preference for those possessing 3-4 years of relevant experience.
