Job Description

The Flash Review is seeking a confident and approachable Relationship Assistant. In this role, you will interact with clients, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in an efficient and courteous manner.

• Engage with clients through phone, email, or chat
• Address inquiries and handle complaints effectively
• Provide comprehensive information regarding our services
• Document client interactions accurately

Requirements:

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to multitask and maintain composure under pressure

• Prior experience in customer support or a call center is preferred
