Job Description
The Flash Review is seeking a confident and personable Relationship Assistant with outstanding spoken English skills to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for effectively communicating with clients, addressing their inquiries, and promptly resolving any concerns that arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients through email and chat
- Address questions and resolve complaints in a timely manner
- Provide accurate information regarding our services
Requirements:
- Fluency in English
- Exceptional communication skills
- Previous experience in customer support is preferred
