Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented CRM Key Account Executive to manage daily CRM operations, including order processing, shipping coordination, inventory management, and handling returns across various e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, effective communication skills with customers and courier services, and proficiency in updating internal reporting systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee orders from multiple sales platforms.
- Create and print shipping labels via courier portals.
- Track shipments and provide status updates.
- Assist customers with delivery-related issues.
- File online claims for shipment discrepancies.
