Job Description
At The-Hiring, we are looking for a highly motivated Outbound Customer Service Representative / Sales Executive. This dynamic role is essential for engaging potential customers, reactivating dormant leads, and transforming inquiries into sales, all while prioritizing customer satisfaction and enhancing our brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to engage potential and current customers.
- Effectively promote our products, providing clear information on pricing and availability.
- Conduct cold calls to uncover new lead opportunities.
- Prepare accurate quotes and invoices.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
Required Skills: Excellent communication skills, prior experience in outbound sales is preferred, and proficiency with CRM tools.
