Job Description
We are The-Hiring, actively looking for a highly organized and dependable Personal Assistant (Male) to join our senior management team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a strong commitment to confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee schedules and travel arrangements
- Manage correspondence and phone inquiries with professionalism
- Prepare reports and documentation for meetings
- Assist in organizing meetings and maintaining an efficient filing system
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in English and Urdu, along with MS Office, is essential.
Working Hours: 6 days a week (schedule to be discussed)
Compensation: Starting at Rs70,00.00 per month
