Job Description
The Indus Hospital (TIH) is looking for a committed Blood Transfusion Officer to join our esteemed team. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting medical screenings for donors and overseeing blood collection procedures, ensuring compliance with safety standards throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform donor medical screening and assess eligibility.
- Oversee blood collection operations, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
- Address donor inquiries and manage any adverse reactions.
- Maintain precise donor records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- MBBS degree with valid PMDC/PMC registration.
- 1-2 years of experience in blood transfusion or related fields is preferred.
This is a full-time position based in Karachi and requires approximately 75% travel.
