Job Description
The Resource Management BPO is actively seeking a skilled and dedicated Call Center Closer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will connect with pre-qualified leads, conduct persuasive sales discussions, and effectively close sales. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are critical for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with pre-qualified leads and deliver impactful sales presentations.
- Address objections and negotiate strategically to finalize sales.
- Cultivate trust with potential clients and follow up with leads who are undecided.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales or customer service.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or telesales.
- Strong abilities in persuasion and negotiation.
