Job Description
The Talent Connect is seeking a motivated, results-oriented Telesales Officer to join our team. In this full-time, in-person role you will contact prospective clients by phone, present our services persuasively, handle objections, and convert leads into sales within a fast-paced environment.
- Requirements: 1–2 years telesales/telemarketing experience, excellent verbal and persuasion skills, strong objection-handling, CRM and MS Office proficiency, and effective time management.
- Education: High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business preferred.
- Compensation: Rs40,00–Rs50,00 per month.
