Job Description

Think Higher Consultants is looking for a committed Customer Relation Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide vital administrative support that ensures the efficient operation of our office. Key responsibilities include managing communication, coordinating various activities, and executing clerical tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative duties such as mailing, scanning, and copying documents.
• Follow up with clients to guarantee timely communication.
• Prepare and organize official documents using MS Word.
• Assist in planning and coordinating office activities and events.
• Maintain professional and efficient communication at all times.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 2 years of experience, proficient in MS Office, and outstanding communication skills.
