Job Description
TMG Ventures is currently looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQs), overseeing project timelines, and ensuring quality control while effectively managing vendors. Your expertise will be essential in resolving on-site issues and conflicts.
You will oversee critical site operations including framing, insulation, drywall installation, flooring, and roofing, ensuring that all aspects are completed to the highest standards. Additionally, you will document site plans and manage project budgets to ensure financial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
