Job Description

Translation Empire PK is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Learning & Development Executive to help implement internal training programs and promote a culture of continuous learning. This position is ideal for individuals at the beginning of their L&D careers and provides invaluable hands-on experience in learning operations and employee development.

Key Responsibilities: Manage training sessions, evaluate training needs, develop content, maintain training records, and assist with onboarding processes.

Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, 0–2 years of experience in HR or training roles, foundational understanding of learning theories, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

This is an on-site position in Islamabad / Rawalpindi (DHA 1 Sector F). The salary is competitive within the market.
