Trees Technologies is seeking a motivated Customer Support Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries for a prominent fast food restaurant chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally manage customer calls.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints.
- Coordinate with the restaurant staff.
- Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions.
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
