Job Description

Your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and phone, assisting with website navigation and order placement, and providing product information and troubleshooting support. Additionally, you will handle inbound sales inquiries, maintain accurate customer records, and collaborate with other teams to enhance customer experiences.
To qualify, you should have previous customer support experience, excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a sales-driven mindset. Familiarity with vaping products is advantageous.
