Job Description
VapeMall is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic female professional to join our team on a contract basis as a Churn Management Executive. This position is essential to our customer retention strategy, focusing on reducing churn in both our retail and e-commerce sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers who have stopped shopping or unsubscribed.
- Record the reasons behind their disengagement.
- Provide valuable feedback to management to enhance the customer experience.
- Prepare daily reports and share them with leadership.
- Efficiently manage follow-ups on assigned customer lists.
Compensation: PKR 30,00 – 35,00 plus commission.
Requirements: Strong communication skills in Urdu and English; prior customer service experience is preferred.
