Job Description
Venus Group seeks a dynamic, results-oriented Area Sales Manager to grow sales across assigned territories. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of FMCG or food sales experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role, and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Marketing.
- Lead and mentor sales representatives; manage distributors, dealers, and retail accounts.
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies; identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor competitors and promotions; collaborate with marketing; ensure timely collections and accurate sales reporting.
- Must possess strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills and be willing to travel extensively.
