Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Assistant to support our warehouse operations. This role will involve daily HR functions, including implementing HR policies, tracking attendance, and managing documentation and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate attendance records.
- Assist with the recruiting process for warehouse personnel.
- Facilitate onboarding for new hires.
- Monitor employee leave and absences.
- Resolve employee inquiries.
- Assist with disciplinary proceedings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR support.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must be based at the warehouse location.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Up to Rs75,00.00 per month
