Job Description
Location: Islamabad (On-site) I-9 Islamabad. Walee Technologies is looking for a dedicated Jr. Associate Negotiator to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about customer service and possess strong communication skills, we encourage you to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to loan applications.
- Conduct follow-up calls for repayments and gather feedback.
- Assist users in navigating our mobile application.
Requirements:
- Recent graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of customer service experience.
- Outstanding communication skills in English and/or Urdu.
Salary: PKR 40,00/month + benefits.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
