Job Description
Walkeaze Pakistan is seeking an Assistant Manager Retail to play a crucial role in supporting the Retail Store Manager with daily operations and implementing strategies to attract customers. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating customer service operations, overseeing staff, managing inventory, and assessing employee performance. Additionally, you will generate reports to analyze retail data and assist with store closing procedures.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management. Preference will be given to applicants aged between 25 and 35 years old. Please note that this is a full-time position that requires in-person attendance.
