Job Description
We invite you to join our dedicated team as an HR Officer at the Women’s Empowerment Group. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our workplace culture and advancing our mission. Your key responsibilities will include recruitment, onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, supporting performance evaluations, and organizing staff training programs.
Requirements for this position include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, 1-2 years of relevant HR experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and familiarity with HR software and labor regulations is advantageous.

Compensation: Up to Rs55,00.00 per month
