Job Description
The Women’s Empowerment Group is seeking a motivated Fundraising Call Agent to join our mission. In this role, you will make outbound calls to existing and prospective donors, articulating our mission and the significant impact of their contributions. You will confidently solicit donations, professionally manage objections, and work diligently to meet your daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
We are looking for candidates who possess at least an Intermediate qualification (Bachelor’s degree preferred) and have prior experience in generating donations for social or health-related causes within Pakistan. Proficiency in Urdu is essential, and knowledge of English is advantageous. A target-driven mentality and basic computer skills are crucial for success in this role.
