Job Description
WOWJI Private Limited is in search of a dynamic Social Media & Content Head who specializes in elevating brands online beyond mere picture posting. In this leadership capacity, you will lead content strategy, manage creative execution, and analyze performance metrics to drive impactful results.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing weekly content calendars for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Crafting compelling captions and video scripts.
- Overseeing a small creative team.
- Monitoring engagement metrics to refine content strategies.
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in social media strategy.
- Proficient in writing and understanding content psychology.
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Must reside in Lahore and be available for part-time work (24 hours/week).
