Job Description
Job Summary: Zakori Group is on the lookout for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to become a vital member of our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, shaping a positive image of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with courtesy.
- Handle and forward incoming phone calls efficiently.
- Maintain an organized and tidy reception area.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room usage.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
