Job Description

Zameen.com, Pakistan’s leading real estate portal, seeks a professional Customer Service Representative to join our Lahore-based team. The CSR will be the primary client contact, coordinating inquiries, property viewings, and supporting sales and leasing activities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Scheduling viewings, maintaining CRM records, and preparing documents.
• Following up on leads, resolving complaints, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams.

Requirements: associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred, customer service experience (real estate a plus), Microsoft Office and CRM proficiency, strong communication and organizational skills. Compensation: Rs40,00–Rs100,00/month plus benefits. Work location: In person.
