Job Description

Zeta Technologies is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate in Segments & Pricing. In this position, you will play a crucial role in preparing reports and assisting business teams with comprehensive data analysis. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical abilities, proficiency in Excel, and a solid understanding of business principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and generate reports and dashboards using MS Excel and Power BI.
• Conduct analysis of competitor marketing and pricing strategies.
• Support the development of marketing campaigns to enhance customer acquisition.
• Deliver insights derived from application data and user feedback.
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis to assist business teams.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure effective app testing.
• Maintain thorough documentation of analysis results and findings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Entry-level experience or 1–2 years in reporting or analytics.
• Proficient in MS Excel, with a familiarity for BI tools.
• Foundational understanding of software testing and defect reporting.
