Job Description
Hirable (Zigron Inc.) seeks a confident, driven Sales Associate for a full-time, in-person role. No degree required. The position offers a base salary plus commission and performance bonuses.
- Requirements: proven sales track record, excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and target orientation.
- Compensation: 1–10 students — 15% per student + PKR 80,00 bonus after 10 enrollments; 11–25 — 16% per student + PKR 100,00 after the next 15 enrollments.
- High Performer: enroll 30 students in a month to receive all milestone commissions plus an additional PKR 100,00 bonus.
