Job Description

Zolara Global Tech (Private) Limited is on the lookout for experienced and driven Cold Calling Agents to engage in outbound sales calls targeting the US and Canadian markets. In this dynamic and performance-oriented role, you will initiate contact, engage prospects, and qualify leads effectively over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential customers.
• Deliver persuasive product pitches and manage objections with confidence.
• Generate interest and accurately qualify leads.
• Maintain comprehensive records in our CRM system.
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of cold calling experience.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills in English.
• Strength in handling rejection and maintaining resilience.
• Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
