Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for a full-time administrative role located in Karachi. The working hours are from 6 PM to 3 AM PKST.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exhibit exceptional oral and written communication skills; an American accent is preferred.
- Professionally manage inbound and outbound calls, as well as texts for tenants, prospects, and vendors.
- Organize and facilitate meetings while taking detailed notes.
- Handle Outlook emails effectively and demonstrate proficiency in MS Office.
- Possess strong multitasking and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with at least 2 years of experience in administrative roles.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and excellent organizational abilities.
